Link Accounts & Devices

Accounts can be linked across devices (phone, tablet, laptop). The linking method varies by how you access your Savvy Navvy account.

If you don’t sign in to Savvy Navvy

Linking Savvy Navvy Accounts 

Prerequisites:

  • Stable internet connection is essential. Complete the linking process before starting your journey.
  • One device (Device A) must already be signed into Savvy Navvy.

Steps:

  1. Device B Setup: On your new device (Device B), open Savvy Navvy. On the craft selection screen, tap "Already using Savvy Navvy?" and then select "Link to my other device." A QR code will be displayed.
  2. Scan QR Code on Device A: On Device A, use the camera app to scan the QR code shown on Device B. Most camera apps will recognize the code and provide a link. Alternatively, if scanning is difficult, use the "copy link" option on Device B and send it to Device A via email or messaging.
  3. Complete Linking on Device A: Access the link on Device A. This will initiate the account linking process.
  4. Confirmation on Device B: Observe Device B's screen for the confirmation message "this device is now linked." Once displayed, tap "Done."
  5. Account Access: Device B is now successfully signed into the same Savvy Navvy account as Device A

If you sign into Savvy Navvy via Apple, Google or email

Link your devices by signing into your Savvy Navvy account. 

Prerequisites:

  • Stable internet connection is essential. Complete the linking process before starting your journey.
  • One device (Device A) must already be signed into Savvy Navvy.

Steps:

  1. On your new device (Device B), open Savvy Navvy. At the craft selection screen, tap "Already using Savvy Navvy?" and then select "Sign into my account."
  2. Sign in to your account on Device B using the same Apple, Google, or email/password credentials you used for Device A. Device B will now be linked to your account.
  3. If you don't have an account to sign into, refer to the "If you don't sign into Savvy Navvy" instructions above

Things to avoid

  • If you don’t sign in using Apple, Google or email on your current Savvy Navvy app don’t register a new account using Apple, Google or email on your second device.
